The accommodation is equipped to accommodate 2 people (one queen-size bed). Dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, Wifi, and smart TV are also included. Sheets and towels will also be provided. For more information, do not hesitate to read the detailed description below. :) The space The rental price includes sales (GST, QST) and lodging taxes. These taxes are added in the Occupancy taxes and fees section. Features appreciated by my travelers: - This upscale studio is comfortable and tastefully decorated. - The accommodation is ideally located in a sought-after area. - Fully equipped with sheets and towels for stays under 20 days (1 towel/person). Other characteristics to take into account: - Note that heating is available from +-October to +-May and air conditioning is available from +-June to +-September. - Note that we include 2 coffee capsules per person/stay to allow our customers to start their stay hassle-free. - No bicycles are tolerated in the rental units. Please contact the owner to find out the appropriate place to store your bike or any other. - The rental does not include access to parking. There are however parking possibilities in the surrounding streets. - Check-in will be autonomous and can be done from 4 p.m., check-out is until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Extra fees apply for late check-out. Housing : - You will appreciate my accommodation for its comfort and location. - The studio can accommodate 2 people and is located on the 2nd floor only accessible by stairs. To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal: - A cozy living room with armchairs, a TV, and a dining area with a dining table for 2 people. - A modern fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kitchen utensils. - A pleasant sleeping area with a queen-size bed. - A neat bathroom: shower cubicle, toilet, sink. - A laundry room is available in the building ($). Guest access When you rent an apartment, the entire space is reserved for your exclusive use. Check-in instructions will be sent to you before noon on the day of your arrival.
