Bar Harbor Condos - Apt A

Our apartments were built in 2020 and are located in downtown Bar Harbor. The apartments are impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with brand new furnishings. There is off street parking which is rare in downtown Bar Harbor. There is a shared laundry room and excellent wifi also. Please consider getting travel insurance when making your reservation, this is a small property, and how we make our living, Airbnb does offer it and unfortunately situations do come up. The space There is a spacious bedroom with a queen bed and tv in the bedroom. There is Roku that includes Apps that you can log into for your own personal streaming. The combined kitchen/living room has nice natural lighting with a full kitchen, Roku TV and a full size futon comfortable for one extra sleeping guest, two can fit . Guest access You will have your full private apartment as well as access to the shared laundry room located on the right side of the building. Other things to note The condos are utilized as a quiet space for your enjoyment. Children are allowed, but please respect the "quiet" space for the other guests, and limit to 4 people per unit. We ask that anyone renting be mindful of noise as not to disturb guests trying to relax.
