The Nut House

Raising 3 boys and a girl our house was considered "the Nut house". Always fun and busy... We are originally from the Central Coast and realize this is a great place to vacay! Everything is close by...Beaches, Hiking trails, Wineries, Parks, Golf, etc. with easy access to Hwy 101. Jocko's Famous Steakhouse is walking distance. Along with a few other local restaurants. Nipomo offers great weather, with average temps between 70 and 82 between June and October. The space There are two bedrooms that accommodate 4 people comfortable. There is a blow up mattress that can be used to accommodate an additional person. There is an additional person charge of $30. per night. Guest access Guests have access to two bedrooms. One bedroom with pull out sleeper sofa. (This can be made up beforehand). One bedroom has a queen bed. There is a blowup mattress that can be used as well. Guests have access kitchen , one bathroom, living and family room along with spacious front and backyard. Other things to note This is our primary residence. Please treat as you would your own .
