PRICES INCLUDE SUFFOLK COUNTY SALES AND OCCUPANCY TAX The space Guests enjoy brand new self catering units perfect for 2 that are steps from Lake Montauk, a bike ride from Ditch Plains and a short car ride to beaches and restaurants. Guests are also provided with a beach parking pass. Each unit has two beach towels and a small cooler in the unit and two beach chairs stored outside. Guest access Guests enjoy lake access and paddle boards and kayaks on site for use. There are adirondack chairs and a fire pit to enjoy sunsets.
