Great home in a great area. Quiet area. 20 mins downtown Paducah 30 mins from mall area. 20 mins from lake area. The space There are 3 bedrooms in this home and they are all rented daily/weekly. You will have your own private room with a shared bathroom/kitchen and living room area. Please keep in mind other guests may or may not be there at the time of your stay. Most people who rent in this unit are here in town for work. Guest access Kitchen Bathroom Backyard Laundry room Your personal room During your stay I live 10 mins from the property and can be reached by phone anytime. I normally like to do a meet and greet but do not have to. I do not mind to accommodate special requests please let me know in advance.
