Our cozy Downtown Bungalow is a plush king studio with private entrance, patio & fenced yard along with reserved off-street parking, keyless entry & video security. The spa quality bathroom, kitchenette and short walk to Downtown Lincoln restaurants, shopping & award winning brewery makes for a relaxing getaway. Venture out 10 mins to the Placer Wine Trail, Mountain Mandarin Trail or hike Hidden Falls (12 mi). Premium mattress, dedicated HVAC, WiFi, laundry and Smart TV included. The space Pour a glass of wine or brew a cup of coffee and enjoy some relaxing time in the fully fenced and private yard. The patio is warmly lit with string lights and is furnished with a comfortable loveseat and chairs. Feel free to cook lunch or dinner on the included BBQ, convection oven and hot plate. Or, order in food from one of the local restaurants. If you are here for business travel, there is a comfortable work space with excellent WiFi access and several USB chargers throughout the space. For our longer term guests, you have access to an in-room washer and dryer with necessary products included. This is a multi-unit property. Please be respectful of the other guests and neighbors by limiting noise to a reasonable level. Quite time is from 9pm-7am. We limit access to this unit to two registered guests maximum. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property during your stay. No smoking, vaping or drug storage or use is permitted in or around the unit or anywhere on the property. If smoking of any sort occurs, a $250 cleaning fee will be collected and our contract will be terminated immediately. Our properties cater to business travelers and family oriented guests so if we suspect any drug use, AirBnB will be notified and the guests will be asked to vacate the unit immediately. Several remotes are provided for your use. We consider it the guest's responsibility to ensure they stay in the unit (TV, FireStick, HVAC, ceiling fan, candles). Lost remotes will be replaced at the guest's expense ($100 for each loss of remote).
