Hear the ocean waves on each level of this three story beauty in Sandbridge Beach. "Chillaxin" is located on Sandfiddler, the closest road to the ocean so you can easily spread out inside and outside the house. The space What better way to vacation then do it then by spreading out in this semi ocean front, 7+ bedroom, 5.5 bathroom beauty. This 3 story house has 3 master suites with wrap around and private decks. While kids enjoy their first level rooms equipped with a flat screen TV, Blu Ray and board games, adults can enjoy the ocean AND bay views on either side of the house on the top level. The top level of the house has 1 king master suite with a private deck and private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. This along side a wide open floor plan with both views of the ocean and the bay. The second level of the house has 1 king master suite, private deck and private bathroom with jetted Jacuzzi tub. This floor also has another king master suite with private bathroom and wrap around deck to view both the ocean and the bay. In between the two master suites there is a king bedroom with jack and jill adjoining bathroom to a queen bedroom. These rooms have decks outside their individual doors that look at the pool/hot tub/bay. The ground level floor has a double/twin bunk bed and a double trundle tucked away until the need arises in one room. The second private bedroom on this floor has a double/twin bunk and a twin/twin bunk. The den area has a queen pull out as well. A spacious kitchen allows your master chef to prepare meals with ease to serve on the brand new outdoor table and chairs or on the adirondack chairs or inside on our oversized kitchen table and kitchen bar area. We've added plenty of high end appliances to help make meal preparation a breeze. In less than 10 steps you will have sand on your toes. Beach access, as well as handicapped beach access, is available directly across the street from "Chillaxin" or spend your afternoons and evenings the hot tub. Pool will be open for every summer season in early May and closed in mid October. We can be flexible with these dates, just ask. During peak summer season in mid-May through mid-September, enjoy weekly rentals starting Saturday to Saturday. Any other time, enjoy a three night minimum stay depending on the season. We're happy to work with you on check in and check out times to make your vacation perfect! If you have to bring work with you, you can connect to our Wi-Fi from inside or outside with our Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi extender. Visit Virginia Beach boardwalk with just a 20 minute drive from the private Sandbridge area. Check in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 9 am. For reservations that have a check in or check out on the same day, most times an early check in or late checkout can be accommodated for a small fee. There are no pets allowed at "Chillaxin." Service animals must be disclosed BEFORE the reservation is accepted by me or instantly booked. Each service animal found at the house that were undisclosed will be subject to a $250-$1000 additional cleaning fee based on the condition of the house. Chillaxin can accommodate 3 guests per bedroom. The maximum house occupancy is 21 guests at any time. House includes pack and play and baby gate on site at no extra charge. Guest access Guests enjoy access to the entire house, pool, hot tub. The public beach access is directly across the street. House has keyless entry on the front door and side doors- no need to pick up or drop off keys! Owner will supply unique code just before the check in day. Other things to note 15.5% Local and State Tax, housekeeping and linens are included in the price. No additional taxes or fees will be collected. Price includes linen rentals for all reservations. Included linen rental includes beds to be made prior to arrival, 21 bath towels & washcloths, 2 kitchen towels, and 5 bath mats. You may wish to rent beach towels, beach chairs or beach cart. Owner can provide list of local rental companies. This house will never be on Craig's List. For your own safety, please do not ever send cash, check, wire transfer, cash app, etc. or use another third party site to pay any owner, ever.
