This beautiful upscale vacation home is located on a private gated street near the best that LA has to offer. Close to Universal Studios, Hollywood, downtown L.A., Malibu beaches, Silverlake and so much more! Near beautiful Lake Balboa Park, hiking and biking trails, boating, botanical gardens, picnic areas and playgrounds all within walking distance. Optional pool gate. This home offers garage parking, driveway and street parking. The space On Private gated Street. Quiet and safe. Guest access The whole house, front/back yard, BBQ, washer/dryer. Other things to note Short term bookings- Spa heating is $55 per session (1-4 hours) and pool heating (spa heating is automatically included) is $189 per day each day you booked; 3-day minimum. Please let us know what days and times you want the spa/pool heated so we can schedule it for your stay. Rollaway beds can be delivered and set up for $119 each. They can be set up in the master, living room and garage. We offer up to 4, please reserve 14 days before check in. We can also provide a pack n play or high chair for children if requested. Items are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet. Please note that for stays of 28 days or longer, a monthly utilities fee applies. The amount may vary depending on the season. Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation.
