Foxtrotter Inn ~ Extravagantly decorated condo

This condo is set in the middle of the town of Ava, easy to get to the coffee shop, restaurants and a park with a walking trail. Even though this home is in town, it can still be a quiet, romantic get away or serve the needs of a business stay in our area. This place is beautifully decorated, you are sure to enjoy your surroundings as you stay here. In order for your stay to be quiet and peaceful, we have limited guest to adult only and humans only. Smoking allowed only outside. The space This Condo is spacious with 3 beautiful bedrooms up 18 stairs, 1King w/ shared bath, 1 Queen with shared bath and a Master room with King bed and bathroom. There is a full kitchen, living and dining area down stairs. Coffee maker using K-cups (provided), washer and dryer upon request, outdoor sitting area in back, parking right near the door. Guest access If the door is open, you are welcome to use the space. All areas behind closed doors should be left alone. Front door using key pad for entry. Door code will be sent to you at time of check-in and will expire the day of checkout. We ask that you close and lock the door every time you leave the facility. If you are loading or unloading, you want to keep the wooden door open until you get your stuff inside/outside so you don't get locked out. The door will automatically lock after 10 min. The lighting in this facility is dim. Lights will be on in areas to make sure you do not enter a dark home. During your stay We will have a list of places you can go for eating, exercise and entertainment here on the property. We can always send it to you by email if you want it ahead of time. Other things to note Internet is provided, the password is posted around the facility and in every bedrooms. The tv's have cable giving you a greater variety of what you can watch. There is Dining, gas station and grocery store within walking distance.
