Warm and Friendly - 210

I welcome you to warm and friendly 210. 210 has two full bedrooms and one “nook” area with a bed. There are two bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed. The “nook” is downstairs with a queen bed. One bathroom is upstairs with a tub and shower and one bathroom is downstairs with a small shower. Both dogs and cats are welcome at this home, so keep that in mind if you have sensitivities and let me know in advance. The space There is a nest camera on the front door and a camera on the side door and driveway and no other cameras. There is a bedroom upstairs with a king bed and a large TV. The full bathroom on this level has a tub and shower head. This bathroom was freshly remodeled. Yay for you! There is a 52 inch tv in the upstairs bedroom as well as the living room. There is a bedroom downstairs with a king bed, a desk and an office chair in the room downstairs for remote workers. This room has a large walk-in closet. The downstairs bathroom has a shower. There is a small side room called the "nook" with a queen bed. The washer and dryer are downstairs, and are older but work well. For bigger loads run the dryer twice. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. I do not live in this home. It’s all yours for the duration of your stay. I have set up a temporary office in the detached garage, and am in and out of the garage throughout the day working on my computer or on landscaping projects. Other things to note The yard in the back is small and is a concrete pad, so it might not be very comfortable for your dog. You're free to bring it, just understand the nature of the yard. The neighborhood is older and quiet, and it's just 3 blocks east of Main Street, so it's easy to access. The freeway and Hill Air Force Base are very close. A few blocks away is a sweet hidden duck pond for a picnic or just to rest your eyes.
