Shopping center with most shops on scenic highway is 10 min away. Snellville City hall is 5 min away. Guest can have the house for themselves. I may let my master bedroom as well but not now. 2 car parking space available as well. NO SMOKING, no pets but with exceptions if once discussed and agreed. The space 2 rooms 1 bathroom, queen be in each room, full kitchen available, fridge, pantry, leisure/relation sitting in garage room if you don't want to sit in the living room.
