The space The house boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 9 guests. The main bedroom features a queen-sized bed and breathtaking views of the lake, while the second bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed, perfect for families traveling with children. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and the fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, also overlooking the lake. The living room is tastefully furnished with comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day spent on the lake. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals and features a dining table that seats up to six guests. This property has a brand new fire pit outside for guests to enjoy year around! We ask that guests bring their own fire-wood prior to their arrival as there will not be any on the property for guest use. Guest access All areas of the house, decks, and dock are open for access to guests. The dock is available for use by renters and their guests for sun-bathing and swimming, there is space for renters to dock their own boat. This property has a brand new fire pit for guests to enjoy year around! We ask that guests bring their own fire-wood prior to their arrival. Other things to note The dock is just a short walk from the house and can be seen from the deck of the house. You'll just need to walk down the hill to get to it. PLEASE put the dog into the crate to ensure no accidents or damages occur to the home while you are not present with your animal. - Coffee Maker (Regular & Keurig) -Propane (for grill use): 1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house. 2. If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill. 3. If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it. 4. We DO NOT provide propane refills.
