The home offers a bright living area, high-speed Wi-Fi, and off-street parking. Washer and dryer are available in the garage. Sleeps four comfortably (one queen and two twin beds) with towels and essentials provided. Relax by the shared pool or take in golf-course views in Riverland Terrace, just 10 minutes to downtown and 9 miles to Folly Beach (traffic varies). Guest access Laundry room in the garage Pool (located between main house & guest house). Owners do not use the pool. Please note: it can be quite chilly in the winter. Unfortunately we do not have a heater. Children age 12 and Under must be supervised at all times. Please, NO GLASS in the pool area Please rinse off SAND before entering home or jumping in the pool. There is a hose near the gate. Reach around the left side of the Gate post closest to the MAIN HOUSE to turn the faucet on. There is also an outdoor shower to the left of the entry to the guest house. You will need to open the gate to to your left.
