From the moment you arrive, the spacious wrap around porch welcomes you with its iconic wooden rockers—perfect for sipping coffee as the sun rises or unwinding in the warm ocean breeze. Tucked quietly at the rear of the home, a private back porch features a hammock ideal for peaceful afternoon naps after a long day at the beach. Inside, the home’s open concept living and dining area exudes warmth and history, comfortably furnished with period pieces that evoke a bygone era while offering cozy spots for movie nights and family conversations. The large dining table is ready to host everything from big seafood feasts to board game tournaments, seating up to ten guests with ease. A built-in workstation in the corner provides a quiet space for catching up on emails or journaling your beachside memories. While the kitchen is modest, it’s fully stocked and functional, offering everything you need to cook and gather at home. Four bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located on the main floor, each with its own unique style and character. Downstairs, with a separate entrance via the carport, you’ll find the fifth guest bedroom and a private bath—an ideal setup for extended family or guests who prefer extra privacy. Located on the always-popular Fayetteville Street, “Lee” places you right in the heart of Wrightsville Beach. You’ll be just a short stroll to Johnnie Mercer’s Pier and only minutes from the vibrant downtown area, where you’ll find locally loved restaurants, boutique shopping, and convenient grocery stores. Whether you're walking the beach at sunrise, fishing off the pier, or simply soaking in the salt air from the porch, “Lee” offers a rare opportunity to experience Wrightsville Beach the way it was meant to be—simple, soulful, and full of memories in the making. Occupancy: 10 Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in summer. Minimum of 3-night stay in other seasons. Bedding Configuration: 2 Queen, 1 Full, 4 Twin. Parking: Driveway parking on site for 3 vehicles. Pet Policy: No pets or dogs allowed. House Rule #16 outlines the process for Emotional Support and Service Animals as well as penalty fees that will be applied to your account should a pet be brought to a home that does not accept pets. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable). The person who books must be at least 25 and stay at the property for the entire reservation. • After You Book Keep an eye on the email address provided once your booking is confirmed! You’ll receive a message titled “Bryant Real Estate Rental Agreement.” Sometimes it lands in Promotions or Marketing folders, depending on your email settings. This email includes important steps to complete your reservation. • Travel Insurance We recommend purchasing Trip Preserver travel insurance from Red Sky – so you can plan for the unexpected. Whether it's an illness, a weather event, lost baggage, or canceled flights that prevent travel or interrupt your vacation, Trip Preserver covers a wide range of events to help keep your vacation dreams alive. The travel insurance cost and option will be on your emailed rental agreement. • Cancellation Policy o Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. o Cancel 31+ days before arrival: full refund minus a $350 fee. o Cancel 15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund minus a $350 fee. o Cancel within 15 days of arrival: no refund.
