Your space includes, backyard and patio, hot tub, BBQ and fire pit. Inside there is a large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and 1 large bathroom and 1 bedroom with queen bed. Plus a hide a bed (Queen) in living room. Also private washer and dryer in attached garage. The space This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath suite. It has a second queen size Hide-a-a-bed in the dining/living room area for extra sleeping. This Large open and private suite provides you with all the comforts of home. You have the lower level and yard to yourself. (Walk out basement) Your own living room with dining area over looking your private patio. A full kitchen set up to meet all your cooking needs. A large spa like bathroom to relax in. Your own ocean view bedroom equipped with A/C. Cozy up to your own wood stove for those cool nights or enjoy yourselves and relax in the hot tub looking out to the ocean. You also have an propane fire pit to enjoy. For our out of town guests we have also provided a beach kit (2 folding chairs and a cooler) so you can go and explore the beaches during the summer. There is a second queen bed in the living/dining room area. Guest access You have your own parking area and private access into your suite. Key will be provided. Other things to note We are a 5 minute walk from Fairwinds Golf course, the premiere golf course on the island. Enjoy golfing or dine out at 1 of our 4 restaurants. We are a short walk from Brickyard park where you can sit and watch marine life and swim in the ocean. This is also a great place to launch kayaks. We also have 10 kilometers of walking trails around Enos lake and Notch hill to name a few. We are central to all points on the island you might want to see which makes our location great for day trips. We are 45 min. from Cathedral Grove, 3 hours from Tofino, 20 minutes from Parksville/Qualicum Beach, 1/2 hour from Nanaimo , 2 hours to Victoria. Enjoy day trips like whale watching.
