Pet-friendly home We gladly welcome well-behaved dogs and make this a comfortable stay for guests traveling with pets. The fenced yard and easy outdoor access make the home especially convenient for pet owners. Important allergy notice Because this is a pet-friendly home, it may not be suitable for guests with pet allergies. While the home is professionally cleaned between stays, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. ⸻ We aim to be fully transparent so guests know exactly what to expect and can enjoy a comfortable, stress-free stay in one of Denver’s most popular neighborhoods. Guest access You will have access to all areas in the interior of the house with the exception of the basement (which will be locked). There is a closet in each bedroom for storage of your items. You will also not have access to the smaller property and shed to the rear of the house. You will have access to all amenities on the patio including a fire pit, large propane grill, and a comfortable shaded seating area with a table. There is dedicated electric vehicle charging available from the side of the house. Other things to note The home is equipped with exterior security cameras mounted on the roof, along the fence, and in the doorbell.
