Welcome to our place! We are very happy to share our vacation home with you. This place is right on Keystone lake! The oversized windows we have make sure you have the best view of the lake and the mountains in the background. In the winter, the lake turns to an ice skate rink operated by the Adventure Center. This unit is not suitable for children and only accommodates 2 adults. Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions. (STR license# STR20-00371) The space Studio in keystone minutes from the slopes. Features king size bed, full bath, full kitchen, washer/dryer, super soft towels and robes for use during your stay. Guest access Main floor for use only. The storage loft is off limits so please don't go upstairs. The condo is on the lower floor from the parking lot, no elevator access. Also not suitable for children. Only accommodates 2 adults. Other things to note Parking permit is required around the building. We provide one parking permit (replacement fee is $50 if missing or lost). During inclement weather, traction laws are in effect on the mountain highways. ( 4×4 vehicle, AWD or chains required) Also this place isn’t suitable for children and only accommodates 2 adults.
