Beautiful Granby Ranch home close to ski hill.

Beautiful home in Granby Ranch’s Fairway Cabins overlooking the golf course with a great view of the Never Summer Range mountains. The house has wonderful space for families with a second large family room, two bedrooms and a full bath with tub and shower downstairs. Kitchen is completely equipped including gas BBQ grill on back deck. Two car garage is great as a place to store skis, sleds, bikes, kayaks, etc. Great house for families and kids! The space We have three bedrooms with king beds in each for adults and a bunk room with a single bed and two doubles that are perfect for young children. We ask that no one over 13 use the top bunk as a safety precaution. There is also a pullout sofa in the downstairs family room. We accept 6 adults and 3 children. Infants can use the pack n play and don’t count towards the 9 maximum. Guest access We have two parking spaces in the driveway. Access is through the garage or front door with two steps. Guests are asked not to park on the street in the winter due to snow plowing. Other things to note We do not allow smoking or pets. You must be 25 years old to rent this property. All short term renters staying in a home must purchase a $10 day pass via credit card at Ranch Hall, to use the facilities which include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present documents that show they are staying in a full benefit member home in order to purchase a pass. A VRBO/Airbnb or any other type of reservation confirmation with address of the home will work as proof.
