SEA PINES/SOUTH BEACH Home: One of the best locations in Sea Pines: only a 3 minute walk to the beach; very close to the Salty Dog and the South Beach Pickleball courts- only 3/10 of a mile. Harbour Town is a bike ride away. South Sea Pines is one of the most beautiful areas of Hilton Head! PET Friendly (fee applies) The space Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and large, spacious closet(s). The four bedrooms are as follows: [1] King Master Suite; [2] 'Bedroom 2' is a 2nd Master Bedroom with King bed; [3] 'Bedroom 3: King bed. 4] very large Bonus Room with 1 Queen bed and 4 Twins. The Queen bed is in a separate alcove as you first enter the Bonus Room. The 4 Twins and seating area are in the main part of the Bonus Room. This room is down the hallway at the end of the house - a semi-private setting for a group of kids, teenagers or a family. The large Great Room is very comfortable with cathedral ceilings, fireplace, large-screen LED TV and leather couch. The kitchen has 2 ovens (1 range, 1 convection countertop) 2 sinks, large cupboard, island and table for 6. The slate tile backsplash, custom lighting, hardwood floors and Corian countertops make this a warm and inviting area. The Dining Room has a large round table that can seat 10. This room also has an additional second seating area - perfect for large groups to separate between the 2 areas. There is a TV with cable in this room as well as the larger, main family room. This contains woven wingback and leather chairs. Stereo sound throughout the common living areas. Unique art throughout the house, done in nautical and coastal themes. Newer deck floor, front walkway and railing Pool in cool blue. Lounge chairs on the pool level. The upper deck has 2 dining-table seating areas. Front driveway has a basketball goal. (Garage is for owner's use only.) Wi-fi. TV in every bedroom and Great Room. Stereo inside. Outside speakers: Bluetooth stereo speakers. How to access the beach? Directly across, down either the beach path on the left, or through Tower Beach Club on the right. 300 yards from house to beach. We employ local property maintenance to handle any problems that may arise during your stay. The pool can be heated for $115/day For pets, please add $300 per stay. NO CATS please. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday in the busy season. Check in is 4pm; check out 10 am. Other things to note We do allow pets (dogs). We do charge a $300 pet fee. Pool heat is $95 a day
