Welcome to your very own Wildlife Observatory! If waking up to a cup of joe overlooking miles of wetlands sounds like your kind of morning, then this is the place for you! We invite you to take a stroll through the natural preserve that has over 15 miles of walking and bike trails five minutes from our front door. This beautiful single story home is comprised of 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a private screened in pool, and a cozy breakfast nook. Only 10 miles away from the closest beach. The space Take a break and let your mind wander as you gaze at miles of wildlife just steps away from our backyard. The entrance to Wildlife Observatory has a cozy living room with plush white, canvas sofas perfect for relaxing or enjoying a cup of tea with your travel mates. The family room is complete with a smart TV, perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a pantry and a breakfast nook overlooking the serene natural preserve area. The screened in pool is adjacent to the living room and kitchen and offers a shaded area with sitting for up to twelve people; you’ll find a 6 piece dining set with an umbrella and a 6 piece outdoor sectional with an umbrella. We also have a yoga platform available to all of our traveling yogi’s. Please make sure to cover all outdoor patio furniture after using it. Wildlife Observatory has three bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king-size bed, two nightstands a walk-in closet and a spacious full bathroom complete with a double sink vanity, a stand up shower and bath tub. The second bedroom has a daybed with a trundle, making space for two to sleep, a nightstand and a closet. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, two nightstands and a clothing rack. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a fully equipped office space. Other things to note The price does not include utilities. Six month rental or more only. We have a recording security Camera in the main entrance of the house.
