You will love sitting outside on our patio with bistro lighting as you watch the lights twinkling over the water. With an open kitchen and living room, you will love seeing the sunrise through our oversized glass sliding doors, and the sunset with a nice glass of wine in hand. We are not available in person, but very easily accessible! We are a quick walk to the Treasure Island beach, which is the perfect mix of not too crowded, but just enough to feel at home with activities and sand castle events. Kids will love the waterslide on beach, and parents will love the outdoor dining at the beach. We are also close to John's Pass, downtown St. Pete, and a short drive to the nightlife and restaurants of Tampa. Rules & Ramifications of Boca Ciega Shores Condominium. Welcome to a little piece of paradise on Treasure Island. We hope you enjoy your stay here while we ask that you please keep in mind the following to make everyone’s stay will pleasant and enjoyable. 1. Smoking is not permitted inside the units at any time. Failure to comply will be fined with $650. 2. No pets are allowed at any time. Failure to comply will be fined with $650. 3. Maximum occupancy at all times is 5 people unless agreed upon and discussed prior to the start of the reservation. Failure to comply will be fined with $100 per guest per day. 4. We ask that noise is kept to a minimum before 8 am and after 10 pm. 5. Only one spot is allowed to be used by guests at any time. Parking #5 6. Please unload your boat trailer off property and do not come into the parking lot. 7. Storage of any trailer is not permitted on the property. 8. The dock is great for fishing and we encourage you to partake if you would like, but please wash off the elements from the dock when you are done with the hoses on the posts and replace the hose after you are done. 9. The grill, tables and chairs/benches are for your use. We ask you clean up after each use so others can enjoy a clean area after you. 10. If the propane for the grill runs out please finish cooking inside or replace the propane tank with then extra ones available next to the grill. In the case they are all empty; you could replace it at your own cost. We do the best to make propane available but sometimes it is used more than we anticipate. 11. By the dock we have hoses for your use so that you can wash out salt and sand BEFORE you return to the condo. 12. We love a clean common area {Poll and Dock} as we are sure you do too, so please dispose trash in the dumpster by the street. 13. Recycle dumpsters are located in front of parking spot #5. Please make sure you read the instructions located on the fence that indicate how to properly recycle. 14. The dumpster by the street is emptied on Tuesday’s and Friday’s.
