Nestled beneath the towering oak trees on 2 peaceful acres, this charming Boho farmhouse retreat offers a serene escape for families and groups seeking a getaway in nature. With 5 cozy beautifully decorated bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 13, this home is the perfect place for a reunion, special celebration, or simply a relaxing retreat. Large windows throughout the house bring the outdoors in, allowing you to soak in the breathtaking views of the surrounding trees and large granite boulders. Step outside and discover the soothing sounds of a babbling creek, which winds its way through the property, offering a tranquil backdrop for outdoor dining, yoga, or simply unwinding by the water with friends and family. This property is also a dream world for an imaginative child; a safe space to run around, climb rocks and explore. The expansive grounds offer plenty of space for exploring or enjoying a cozy fire pit under the stars. Wether you are sipping coffee on the porch or gathering around the large farmhouse-style table for a meal, this airbnb offers the ultimate blend of rustic charm and modern comfort in a beautiful natural setting. The comfy downstairs tv room is separate from the rest of the home and features a large smart tv, perfect for a movie day or to watch a big game. This room has a large slider that opens up to the sparkling blue pool with plenty of space to lounge, sit in the hot tub or warm up in the wood barrel sauna. Enjoy a nice dinner party under the white lights on our outdoor patio, complete with an outdoor built in bbq, and plenty of space to spread out. Every bedroom has top of the line mattresses and bedding. Two of the 5 bedrooms are master suites, one with a Tempur-Pedic King bed, and the other with two queens and a tucked away twin bed in a private area. The other 3 rooms have comfortable plush queen sized beds. Enjoy our fully stocked bathrooms and kitchen and pack just your necessities for a comfortable stay. Note* pool cannot be heated Guest access Our guests will have a gate code upon arrival to have full house access. The driveway has plenty of space for multiple cars. The only part of the home that will be closed off is the garage. This is a residential area so we follow a strict noise ordinance. No outside noise will be permitted past 10 p.m. This is a home suited for 2-3 families to enjoy a staycation in a serene setting. This is not a party house or suited for anymore then 13 guests. Check in is no earlier than 3, and checkout is at 11. Our house cleaners have 4 hours to flip the home so please depart no later than 11 am, and arrive no earlier than 3 pm (unless previously discussed). Other things to note We are unable to host large events at this home, due to lack of parking. If you would like to host a small gathering with additional people ex: birthday dinner, baby shower, small reunion or wedding ceremony, please inquire via message for extra hosting fees. While we are happy to have our guests enjoy a good time, smoking or vaping indoors are strictly prohibited as well as any form of drug use. If any remnants of such activities (including smell) is left in the home, we will report to Airbnb & an extra cleaning fee will be charged. Also, please refrain from using strong cooking oils that will cause a strong potent smell in the house. Use of oils will be charged an extra cleaning fee. PETS: We welcome dogs only and let us know if you plan to bring one. For one dog, please pay the $95 fee upon booking. If you want to bring two, the fee is $150 and the added charge will be requested separately upon arrival. PLEASE REVIEW the dog rules in the House Information section before booking.
