The space You are looking to get a full One Bedroom, One and a half baths Villa, completely furnished with a full functional kitchen, a private terrace and reserved parking for two cars. The Master bedroom may on occasion be occupied by a relative to the owner. Nonetheless, the entire home is at your disposal and enjoyment, Lydia may simply arrive to spend the night or prepare herself a cup of coffee, but should not be a significant intrusion into your visit. Please contact the owner if this represents an inconvenience to you. Guest access You will have access to the common areas of the home, such as Kitchen, Living Room, Family Room. During your stay My sister Lydia is currently staying in the Master Bedroom but she keeps to herself and should be minimal the interaction with her. Other things to note HOUSE RULES 1) No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please help us maintain a smoke-free environment for all of our guests. 2) The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. 3) No dog(s), cat(s) or pets are allowed in this home. Be warned: VIOLATION TO THIS RULE CARRIES A $125.00 DEEP CLEANING FEE. This will be added to your credit card automatically. No excuses! This is not only for reasons of hygiene and cleanliness but also for future guest with allergies to pet hair as well. 4) The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults listed in your reservation. 5) All guest should abide by Tesoro's at Forest Lake (West) good neighborhood policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. to promote a peaceful neighborhood. 6) If early check-in is required upon your arrival, please contact us in advance. We will try to accommodate every request, whenever possible. 7) Late check out is offered whenever possible for a small fee of $ 25 until 6 p.m. 8) No commercial photography or filming is permitted in the property without the written consent of the owner. 9) Renter is liable for any damage to the property and by making a reservation herein agrees to accept charges to the card on file should any damage occur during occupancy. 10) Due to local laws, regulations and/or Homeowners Association rules, guests with stays longer than 30 days may be required to agree to additional terms of service.
