Located on the third and fourth floor of the 25 Central Square Building in the heart of Seaside, this unit offers panoramic Gulf views that can be enjoyed from the privacy of your own balcony or three common areas. 25 Central Square is a residential-commercial building designed by two of America’s leading architects, Rodolfo Machado and Jorge Silvetti. It received the Massachusetts A.I.A. Design Award in 1991 and the Progressive Architecture Citation in 1993. Once inside Lido Deck, you’ll find the first floor has been redesigned to maximize storage, function and the view of the green space below. The design reflects a casual and comfortable coastal feel with hardwood floors, wood ceilings, Carrara marble and natural stone materials throughout. The layout of the first floor includes an entry foyer with cubbies and hooks for all of your personal belongings, a full size washer/dryer and a powder bath. Following through into the fully-equipped kitchen, and you’ll find stainless steel appliances and pull-up seating to the counter-height bar. The well-appointed kitchen is open to the living room, which offers a corner banquette for dining, slipcovered furnishings and built-in entertainment center with a wall-mounted LCD TV / DVD. Free Wi-Fi, board games and books are provided for your entertainment. Step outside onto your private veranda for unobstructed gulf views and enjoy one of Seaside's many theatrical or musical performances at the amphitheater. Upstairs you will find a master suite with gulf views. There is a king size bed, reading nook, wall-mounted flat screen TV/DVD, plenty of storage and an en-suite bath with custom vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a built in queen bed, a wall-mounted flat screen TV/DVD, and an en-suite bath with tub and shower combination. Direct access to a private patio overlooking the courtyard and rooftops of Seaside to the west complete this space. This unit does not have an assigned parking spot, parking is first come-first serve in the spaces behind the 25 Central Square building and in Smolian Circle.
