This 1940s bungalow was just renovated into a quaint and cozy space to get away. Centrally located, this home is only a 5-10 drive to Magnolia, downtown, and Baylor. With a 2-5 minute walk you can get some of the best coffee, healthy breakfast & lunch, and cocktails in town. Pinewood Coffee Bar, Harvest on 25th, Sloane's and Pinewood Public House are each one block away. The neighborhood is right next to Castle Heights, which is a lovely neighborhood to walk in. We'd love to host you! The space This home comfortably houses up to 6 people. The home offers 3 bedrooms (2 king beds and 1 queen) and 2 full bathrooms. We hope you make yourself at home. The full kitchen offers you the convenience of cooking in the space. The kitchen is open to the dining area. The backyard space is nicely fenced in and allows you to park within the gated fence if you wish to do so. The primary driveway in the front of the house allows for up to 2-3 cars to park. If you are traveling with little ones, we do offer 1 pack 'n play for your convenience.
