Downstairs area provides access to laundry and back yard patio, however as a "room" it is not included for use with this rental so please don't make suggestions that I furnish it Other things to note There are 2 parking spots, otherwise please only park on same side of street as house. This is a residential neighborhood and we respect our neighbor's. We have a strict NO PARTY policy.
