A great central place close to all the cool and desirable urban destinations and fine dining, shopping, and recreation that Denver has to offer via a short ride share, walk, or bike/scooter ride. Rest on the comfy queen bed with near full sized fridge and microwave to accommodate any leftover meals from all the fine dining, bars, and restaurants. If you are here on business, WiFi and a mobile / height adjustable desk with light and alarm clock with usb outlet is provided. There’s a dining table for two that can also double as a workspace. Centrally located to the premier urban delights Denver has to offer from sports, fine arts, and music, it’s all conveniently within a short Lyft / Uber or walk. Or just take a breather in this cozy unit that is in the inner most location of the complex, furthest away from the urban streets with its own private partially shaded patio with a pond, Roku TV with Airplay, and only fully landscaped front and side yard of the complex. Guest access side yard and patio Other things to note be sure to read the house rules so there aren’t any surprises and to see if my Airbnb will meet your expectations. check in after 2pm and check out is no later then 11am, but early check in is possible if the room isn’t occupied, just give us a heads up at least a couple days before you arrive and I can check the calendar to try to accommodate. as far as bags, i can usually accommodate checking in bags early if the room is occupied and as soon as it’s ready (usually around an hour after they’ve left), i’ll have your bags waiting in the room. there is free street parking and also parking at the school parking lot across the complex during after hours, weekends, and holidays. please do pay attention to the posted signs of when you can park so you don’t get ticketed or towed!
