Newly renovated beach front condo. Currently seeking LONG TERM or SHORT TERM month to month stays. Sleeps 4. Possible 6 with full size air mattress. It's a cozy 450 sq ft and fully furnished. Walking distance to the USS Lexington and Texas State Aquarium, Selena Memorial & minutes from downtown Corpus Christi. Gated community with private beach access and a swimming pool. Non Smoking Unit. Short term is negotiable The space During your stay you will have full access to the unit and complex amenities. 1 Full size Bed. 2 Bunk Beds. 1 Queen Air Mattress. 1 Futon. Feel free to enjoy a bicycle ride or walk/jog on the paved trail along the beach. The condo has a Keurig so bring your fav coffee. We do supply some coffee pods Guest access Check in at the complex office. (Open 24/7) Upon arrival there is a $15 check in fee for a parking pass that is paid to the HOA Other things to note I do adjust and discount prices for long term stay or extended stay or any block dates that may need to be open to accommodate you ** New update We have fixed the hot water issue it now works great
