This downtown Cocoa Beach apartment is the perfect beach getaway, close to all the action! Located steps from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, bars, and local shops! It is a quick drive to the beautiful Banana River, a 14-minute drive to Port Canaveral, and a 33-minute drive to Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. The surfer style decor will make you feel like a local. The space The apartment is located above a swimwear store and in the same lot as Beach Shack Bar, which is located directly on the beach. This apartment has beach views from both the living room and the bedroom. The Surf Shack rental is the entire 1br/1ba apartment. There are two other “sister rentals” located in the building which are available for rent if more space is needed. Each apartment has the same security entrance from the outside of the building on the back, but separate entrances from the shared hallway. The Surf Shack is located on the second story and is accessible by stairs only. There is one designated parking spot on premises. There will most likely be guests staying in the other apartments during your stay.
