For those that want to be close to the action, but not right in the middle of it, this home gives you the best of both worlds. It is across the street from the lake on a low traffic peninsula. It’s close Marina’s for boat and slip rentals. It’s within a few miles of the best restaurants, The Mall, Walmart, and Oaklawn is pretty much a straight shot down central avenue. This two story home has two bedrooms up and two bedrooms down. Each bedroom has king beds for comfort with smart TV’s. that have Netflix, Hulu, & Amazon Prime Apps. The bonus room doubles as a game room/5th bedroom and has a foosball table and PlayStation with daybed and roll out mattress. The main floor has the master bedroom with a private bath that has a jacuzzi tub, shower, and double vanity. The second bedroom, on the opposite end of the home, has the second bathroom just outside. Stained concrete on the main level makes it perfect to avoid the worries of spilled juice or a glass of wine. The upstairs has three bedrooms with a jack and jill bath. The “Kids Room” upstairs has two Full/Twin Bunk Beds, & a PS3. It can be used as a bedroom or place for the kids to play while you relax. The living room has two couches, if the family wants to watch a movie, and the laundry room has a high efficiency front load washer and dryer There is a dining table for 6, a breakfast nook that seats 4, and bar in the kitchen that provides plenty of room for 12-14 to eat if you children in the crowd. The patio out back is great for grilling and there is parking for five vehicles in front. Children’s books, board games, PS3 & Xbox 360 are available to entertain the youngsters, but please note the PS3 & Xbox 360 have 1 controller and there are no games on site. Games can be easily rented at Redbox locations down the road. Bring extra controllers and games if desired. Garage access is NOT included( but still parking for 5 vehicles out front. The entire home is accessible other than the garage and closets used for cleaning supplies. The home is automated for convenience and to allow virtual check-in and check-out. I’m easy to reach via text or phone call and happy to help with local guidance. The camera in the breakfast nook is there to record rear entry to the home and does not record other than the motion entry with the security system. Please do not unplug the security system or rear entry camera. There are no other cameras in the home. Any disconnection will notify property management and property management reserves to the right to access to the property to address service needs. Your personal vehicle or Uber are your suggested modes of transportation. All guests names must be added to the reservation within 24 of booking confirmation. No smoking inside the house. There is an ashtray located on the back patio. Please do not throw away used cigarette butts inside the home or in the yard. The deposit will be forfeit if smoking is discovered in the home. Please respect the neighbors. Neighbors have been instructed to contact the police department for excessive noise. Loud noise complaints or smoking inside may result in your removal from the property. You may adjust the thermostat to the temperature you choose. No illegal drugs allowed on the premises. No illegal activities allowed on the premises. Only approved guests allowed on the premises. No underage drinking allowed. We are not responsible for any loss or injuries incurred while staying at the family retreat. Failure to follow these rules will forfeiture of deposit and necessary cost to remedy Departure Checklist • Check out is 11:00 am. • Please leave the space as neat as you found it. • Place used towels in laundry basket provided. • Wash and put away dishes. • Wipe down countertops. • Take trash to outside trashcan across the street. • Close and lock windows, lock doors and return furniture to original location. • Turn off interior lights. • Check drawers, cabinets and under furniture for your belongings. • Lock the door on the way out.
