Second floor access requires 18 stairs. • A $300 refundable security deposit is required at check-in (credit card only). • One rollaway bed is allowed per unit for $20 per night. • Free self-parking. Parking for RV’s is not available at this location. NO CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES, OR CHANGES CAN BE MADE AFTER RESERVATIONS HAVE BEEN MADE SINCE WE THE OWNERS RESERVE THROUGH THE TIMESHARE COMPANY. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS ALWAYS RECOMMENDED All guests must comply with resort rules. No smoking. No pets. Must be 21 or older to check in. CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS - As Timeshare Owners we call in a non-refundable reservation with Shell Vacations Club at time of your reservation request . Therefore, there is no cancellations or changes after your reservation request has been made. CHECK-IN: Your room is assigned at time of check-in. The hotel will ask for photo ID and credit card, for incidentals at time of check-in just like any hotel. These documents must match the name on your reservations. If you should need a different room, due to location or other issues, please contact the front desk and.or management and they will do their best to accommodate your needs, since I am not onsite. RESORT FEES: none THIS IS A TIMESHARE PROPERTY- You are not obligated to attend a timeshare presentation at anytime AGE - The Tenant must be age 21 or older to secure a reservation in his/her name. USAGE - The Tenants shall use and maintain the Resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other tenants. The Tenant affirms that s/he will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-outs. TEMPORARY USE / NO SUBLETTING - Tenants expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is for the temporary use of the Resort and that Tenants shall not under any circumstance sublet the Resort unit. OCCUPANCY -- The Tenant agrees not to exceed the maximum occupancy for the unit. Failure to comply may result in eviction by the Resort. PETS -- Under no circumstance will the Tenant permit pets of any kind in the unit. DAMAGES -- The Tenant accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Tenant or Tenant's guests. INDEMNIFICATION - The Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. HOST WILL REIMBURSE GUEST UP TO $200 IF THEY ARE CHARGED FOR HOUSEKEEPING AT CHECK-OUT. PLEASE SAVE YOUR RECEIPT
