Close-in to Vancouver attractions and located in a quiet neighborhood. Only 10 miles to downtown Portland. 16 stairs from street level to entrance. Includes 4'x12' covered patio/deck area. The space We modeled the exterior of this Guesthouse based on the 1917-era Craftsman Architecture of the main home. It has a 'mini-split' type Heat Pump/Air Conditioning system, gas range, microwave, full-size fridge, granite countertops and stacked washer and dryer. It is situated over the garage, and there is plenty of on-street parking. Guest access You will have the entire 1-Bedroom ADU/Apartment/Guesthouse for your stay, which is separate from the main house. Keypad lock allows easy entry.
