The space Privately tucked away in Neachen Bay sits a haven for gazing at Lake Coeur d' Alene sunsets from multiple vantage points. This magnificent 70' waterfront residence graced by soaring ceilings and wall-to-wall windows is a great vacation retreat. Perfect for anyone, the living is easy in this impressive fully furnished home complete with 3/4'' real hardwood floors, granite counter tops, custom tile work and a sleek and stylish gourmet kitchen that flows through to the living room. Enjoy the expansive views from the multi-level decks or down on the beach where you can park your boat or jet ski. Have fun with your choice of kayaks on the beach. Life jackets are provided for your safety. Plenty of parking, internet, security system, A/C, and more. This home has it all! 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d' Alene and less than 10 minutes to Mineral Ridge scenic area. Come and make this your get away on the lake. Inside or out of this cabin, you will enjoy the relaxation that comes with just being here. The large open kitchen with an island is stocked with all your cooking needs, including: coffee maker, pots/pans, toaster, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, plates/bowls, glasses and utensils. There is a half bath and laundry on main floor for easy use. Full size washer and dryer with complimentary detergent, and dryer sheets. The spacious master bedroom features a king size bed with views out the front bay windows to the tremendous views of the lake. A large walk in closet with a huge bathroom and stone tiled open concept shower. Two bedrooms downstairs each with a queen size bed. Full bath and family room for easy enjoyment. Lovely views off of the lower deck right outside the family room to enjoy. Your own private beach and dock inside a private roped off swim area. Kayaks are on the beach for your enjoyment. Fire pit on the beach to enjoy warmth after a nice cool swim, or to enjoy the sunsets by. Please be aware that this is a country setting without any fencing around the property and the property is steep down to the lake. The house is not "child proof." Children are welcome, but we ask that they are closely supervised inside and outside the home. There is a security system in place, however, there aren’t any security cameras in the house itself. Guest access Most of the house is yours to use. One locked closet with personal items, and the boathouse on the dock are unavailable for use. Other things to note Even though we have internet and WiFi here, cell service can be intermittent at times, especially if there is stormy weather. Please be aware of this if you require strong cell coverage.
