Nice (2) bedroom, Women only house. The house is set back from street for extra privacy. Free street parking. Many guest have returned for a second stay. The living room has very comfy couches, a large 55" flat screen TV with Netflix. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook your favorite meals. Also there is a washer and dryer in the house. There is a relaxing patio. The bedrooms have a keyed lock for additional privacy. Our goal is to assure you have a pleasant stay. This house is close to the Metro, grocery store and many restaurants. Also close to the mountains with lots of hiking trails. Guest access Guest have full access to all common areas. Living room, kitchen, back patio, washer / dryer and bathroom. During your stay I live on the property but not in the house and am available 24-7 for any concerns or questions. My response time 99% of the time is instant. Other things to note This is a very nice neighborhood. Many people walk in the evenings and are very friendly.
