Guest access Guests have complete access and sole use of the 2-bedroom apartment located on level 2, inclusive of the outdoor balcony. The unit is accessed via the building lift which goes all the way to the underground car park. Shared facilities include: The complex Pool, Spa, and BBQ area (accessed from level B3). The facilities are available between 7am and 8pm. Guests can also access Upper Gay Terrace from level B3 which takes you straight down towards the beach, shops and restaurants and cafes. You will have access to one secure allocated underground parking space (2 m clearance). There is further un-metered on-street parking as well as complex guest parking also available. Other things to note Air conditioning is in the living room and master bedroom only, while ceiling fans are present in both bedrooms. All linen is professionally laundered and supplied, however please bring your own towels for the pool and beach during your stay. Should you require beach towels, a Sunshine Coast Hamper, Sunshine Coast Blooms, or other stay enhancements, they can be acquired through our guest portal. Please note that this is a unit in a quiet residential complex with residents in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm and ask that you respect our neighbours and generally keep noise to a minimum. Unfortunately we do not accept bookings for school leavers.
