"Foxhole Farms" House near Clemson University

Foxhole Farms is located on 50 beautiful acres just 10 minutes (7 miles, just off Hwy 123) from the Clemson campus. Our 1,900 square foot house sits just off a quiet country road but only minutes away from downtown Clemson, Pendleton and Central. Our families enjoy the farm for for hunting, fishing, and as a laid back weekend retreat. It's a great place to spend a few days during a Clemson football weekend or just to get away. The space The 3 bedroom/2 bath house was renovated in 2012. The master bedroom has a king bed and full bath (shower). There are 2 additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom (tub) down the hallway. Bedroom two has a twin over twin bunk as well and a twin XL over queen bunk. Bedroom three has a queen bed. You enter the house from the driveway into the game room, setup with ping pong and a vintage Fore-Par golf table. Just off the game room is the kitchen and dining room, with seating for 8. The back deck overlooking the dove field is a great place to watch the sun go down or grill out on the gas grill. We have dedicated WiFi connection and YouTubeTV (70+ channels) for your use. Guest access You will have access to the entire home. Depending on the length of your stay, you may see someone out checking on the horses and goats or doing some work around the property. No need to manage keys and their exchange - we have smart technology locks and we can send you a temporary code for access to the driveway entrance for your entire stay. Other things to note Liability Waiver: You understand that swimming, hiking and the use of the boat is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, hiking and boating. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the boat and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of the boat may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the boat if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the boat while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking or using the boat. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
