The space You can expect an abundance of great weather, as our 5000 foot elevation keeps you 10 to 15 degrees cooler than the Tucson/Phoenix area in the Summer, while still providing mild temps throughout the Winter...… Sunny and dry is the norm with inspiring sunrises, breathtaking sunsets, and night skies that leave you in awe. And, Birds! Birds! Birds! We are in a highly sought after birding area with many different species and hummingbirds by the dozen. Great hiking, mountain biking, and exploring right from the property. We are on the “quiet side” of the many wineries in the area. 10 miles from Parker Canyon Lake where you can fish, boat, and hike.
