This cottage has an open kitchen, dinette and living room area. A smart TV works with its own dedicated WiFi. There is a stackable W/D. The bathroom has a shower. The first bedroom has a full bed & 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The space Studio type apartment with 2 bedrooms, living space, dinette and kitchen. Has stackable washer and dryer. Separate patio and access to main house decks, large patio with 3 picnic tables and Weber grill. Guest access Dock, 3 season room, fire pit, and main house with joint reservation. Other things to note Quiet time is 11pm Parties are not allowed. No smoking in the homes.
