Lee Lake Cottage with a View

Welcome to our cottage. Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on beautiful Leigh Lake Flowage. You'll enjoy over 260' of lake shore on this amazing property where you will have access to 2 private docks to park your boat, swim or fish. Rumor has it, this is the best view of the lake! Located just 50 minutes north of Green Bay! Access to ATV and snowmobile trails. Short drives to Lakewood, Crivitz, waterfalls, hiking and skiing. Kids kayaks and small row boat with oars available for use The space **Please no smoking** This beautiful property includes 2 bedrooms on the main level. Both rooms have a queen bed, one dresser and 2 night stands. Central air added last summer for summer comfort. Upstairs is an open loft which includes 3 sets of bunk beds, a queen bed, a half bath and small closet. A window AC unit is available in the summer as well. Bunk beds easily accommodate children due to low profile design and may be a bit small for adults. Mattresses are full twin size on bunk beds. You will have access to the refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven and coffee maker. Dishes, utensils, drinkware, pots/pans and bakeware are included. A set of towels, dish rags and wash cloths will be provided. There is a large wrap around deck on the main level. Deck has a patio table with six chairs(Please put the cushions back in the storage bin when not in use) There are numerous other stackable chairs as well. The basement has a queen sofa sleeper in partially finished basement with access to lower concrete patio. A Charcoal grill will be available for outdoor cooking (please bring your own charcoal) Both washer and dryer will be available for use during your stay. Water filtration system was recently added as well as iron reducer, pressure tank and water softener. Please provide your own detergent if you choose to use them. The garage on the property will NOT be available. Behind the garage you will find a basketball hoop and concrete patio for your use. There is a small shed on the property that has additional campfire chairs and a place to store your lake toys that you bring with. There is a small fire pit on the property near the lake. Firewood is available behind the garage. If you have a fire, please donate what you think is appropriate for wood used. This lake property has excellent fishing right off main dock. If you plan on being around or in the water then please bring appropriate Personal Flotation Devices for you and your guests. There are no supervisors/lifeguards at the property, so you enter the water or go on the ice at your own risk. Garbage pick up is on Tuesday morning. There are two bins provided. ***All garbage must be bagged prior going in the bins*** please make sure the bins go by the mailbox on the morning of check out. If beds have been used, prior to leaving, please remove the sheets. Thank You! Pets: $15/night/dog. Please notify the owner if you will be bringing a dog. The fee will be submitted through the resolution center per AirBNB policy and will not appear on the AirBNB booking total. Guest access Garage will not be available for use. Other things to note Items provided -3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom -2 rolls of paper towel -garbage bags -1 small container of dish soap/fresh sponge -hand soap for bathrooms You may park in front of the garage as well as the house. The residents on all sides of the property have owned for more than 20 years. Please be respectful of not only ours but their property as well. It is a beautiful location that we want to share with you. Please no shooting fireworks. Sparklers and small fountains are acceptable. Please do not burn waste/garbage in the fire pit.
