Hilltop Cottage

Hilltop Cottage. The perfect place for one or two people looking for peaceful, clean, comfortable space to stay while exploring the National Parks, Panguitch Lake, fishing the Sevier, mountain biking, hiking, atving, and other endless outdoor activities. The cottage sits on a hill top overlooking the charming rural town of Panguitch and has 360 degree views of the beautiful mountain ranges of Southern Utah. Owner has mountain bikes available for rent - see photos for info. The space The kitchenette includes sink, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, instapot, coffee maker, plates/utensils etc. Parking is right outside the front door. You can access endless miles of BLM land right behind the property. Guest access The Cottage is located just to your left at the top of the driveway. Look for the Navy Blue front door and the sign "Cottage" on the door frame. If you arrive after dark - it is hard to see but if you follow the directions above exactly you'll be fine. (Again - at the top of the driveway - just when the asphalt turns to gravel - the Cottage is the first structure on your left. The door is just a few feet behind the aspen trees) PARKING - please park right outside the front door (park parallel please to the door and horse post). Use maps and other apps do a good job bringing you right to the driveway (the numbers 449 are on a fence post at the driveway entrance). Other things to note TV. The TV in the cottage uses a Chromecast - so you can stream from your devices things like Netflix, Sling, Hulu, etc. onto the tv. It does not have cable or local stations.
