Private 2 bedroom UPSTAIRS suite. Kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, electric skillet. No stove/oven. Private bathroom. Queen bed in one bedroom. Two twin beds in 2nd bedroom. Parking available on site. Near beaches, golfing, breweries and wine trail. Older home but the units have all been updated. Chandelier Suite is one of three Suites at this location Lake Breeze Suite Beachcomber Suite No pets allowed. The space Cozy apartment, newly remodeled and very clean. Sleeps 4. The Township says stoves/ovens are not allowed, so NO stove. There is, however, an electric skillet and a microwave. This is one of three suites that can be accessed upstairs. The entire upstairs can be rented which sleeps 10. Discount pricing if entire upstairs is rented. That would include three full baths, three kitchenettes and three queen beds, one sleeper sofa and three twin beds. We are on a busy street and you may hear traffic in the morning and at the end of the work day. Please, if you like to party and play loud music, this Suite will not work for you. Please be mindful of the neighbors and other guests when at the gazebo and/or fire pit by refraining from loud music, loud talking and using profanity. Infant is up to the age of 12 months old. Any older needs to be listed as child. No candles, smoking, vaping or open flames allowed. Please let us know if you will need an extra bed made up. If two are booked we will assume you are a couple unless you let us know otherwise. Guest access Everyone enters through the main porch, UP A FLIGHT OF STAIRS and then a private entrance to your suite. Other things to note Pavillion on site with a firepit. Grill available for use by guests. Two enclosed porches. Please request them the night before as we are not always there.
