La Fuente country house. El Cubillo, Segovia.

A country house for 10 people in the village of El Cubillo, Segovia, 30 km from the capital. The house has five double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room with a French fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a board and children's game room, free wifi, a patio with grass and a multipurpose room with billiards, foosball, electronic dartboard and barbecue. The space LA FUENTE is a magnificent 19th century mansion, restored in 2000. The restoration has been carried out preserving the rustic charm and using noble materials such as stone, wood and baked clay in flooring (made traditionally in artisan workshops). It retains the charm of our ancestors and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The house invites the peace, tranquility and calm of its visitors. La Fuente is a fully independent rental. It accommodates 10 people and features: 5 BEDROOMS of which; two are double and are on the first floor and the other three are double, one of them on the ground floor and two others on the first floor. 3 full BATHROOMS. One of the bathrooms is on the ground floor and has a hydromassage shower and bathtub. The other two bathrooms are on the first floor, one has a bathtub and the other a shower. Hairdryer. The fully equipped KITCHEN is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, Italian coffee maker, small appliances (toaster, juicer, blender). Dishes, glassware (glasses, wine glasses, etc.), cutlery and cookware. GAME ROOM, with television and a collection of board games. The LIVING ROOM has a flat-screen TV with a USB port, a DVD player with a USB port, a French fireplace, free Wi-Fi, and a dining area. OUTSIDE: THE PATIO has a large open area and a covered area (porch) with a barbecue. The porch is equipped with a table, chairs, grills and dishes, and is ideal for tasting some chops. The charcoal for the barbecue will be brought by the traveler. We also have gas spirals to make paellas. OTHER INFORMATION OF INTEREST. HEATING AND HOT WATER are obtained by diesel boiler. On each floor, the house has thermostats to regulate the temperature to the guest's liking. FIREWOOD, to light the French fireplace in the living room, we leave it during the winter at no additional cost. We also leave firelighters for the fireplace. MOSQUITO NETS, on all the windows of the house. DOCUMENTATION OF THE AREA, we have a dossier where you can consult the nearest and most advisable tourist points of interest in the area, as well as a list with the most interesting active tourism activities with the telephone numbers, the place and the distance where they are carried out. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The rooms have sheets, a washcloth and a bath towel (per person), two pillows and two blankets (per person). In the bathrooms we leave toilet paper, shower mat, hand towels, hand soap in diffuser, amenities (toothbrush, comb, gel/shampoo) and hair dryer. In the kitchen we put; paper napkins, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, dishwasher liquid for hand washing, kitchen towels, detergent and softener for washing machine, garbage bags, scouring pad (brand new), cloth (brand new) and tablecloth. Iron and ironing board. We do not leave any food in the house (no salt, no oil, etc.) for cleaning and hygiene reasons. Guest access The house is fully and completely independent for rent. The traveler can make use of all the facilities of our house. Other things to note CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: - On the day of check-in, the keys will be delivered at the time requested by the client, always respecting the check-out of previous clients if it is occupied. - The latest check-out time, as a courtesy of the house, is 5:00 pm on the agreed day. In the event that other guests check in on the same day, check-out will be at 12 noon, as established by the regulations in force in Castilla y León (Order of October 27, 1995, Development of Decree 84/1995 of May 11, Regulation of Rural Tourism Accommodations).
