La Fuente country house. El Cubillo, Segovia.

Rural house for 10 people in the village of El Cubillo, Segovia, 30 km from the capital. The house has five double bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room with French fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, board and children's game room, free wifi, lawn patio and multipurpose room with pool, foosball, electronic target and barbecue. The space LA FUENTE is a magnificent 19th century house, restored in 2000. Rehabilitation has been carried out preserving rustic charm and using noble materials such as stone, wood and mud cooked in floors (made in a traditional way in artisanal workshops). It retains the charm of our ancestors and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The house invites peace, quiet and quiet of its visitors. La Fuente is for rent intact and totally independent. Sleeps 10 and has: 5 ROOMS of which; two are double and on the first floor and the other three are doubles, one of them on the ground floor and two others on the first floor. 3 full BATHROOMS. One of the bathrooms is on the ground floor and has a whirlpool shower and bathtub. The other two bathrooms are on the first floor, one has a bathtub and the other a shower. Hair dryer. The fully-equipped KITCHEN is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, Italian coffee maker, small appliances (toaster, juicer, blender). Dishware, glassware (glasses, glasses of wine ect), cutlery and kitchen battery. GAME ROOM, TV account, and board game collection. The LIVING ROOM has; TV (flat screen and USB port), DVD(with USB port) , French fireplace, WIFI (free) and dining area. OUTSIDE: the PATIO has a large open area and another covered area (porch) with barbecue. The porch is equipped with a table, chairs, grills and dishes. It is ideal for tasting some chops. The charcoal for the barbecue will bring you the traveler. We also have spirals with gas to make paellas. OTHER INFORMATION OF INTEREST. HEATING and HOT WATER are obtained BY diesel boiler. On each floor, the house has thermostats where you can regulate the temperature to the guest's liking. The FIREWOOD, to light the French fireplace in the living room, we leave it during winter at no extra cost. We also leave fireplaces for the fireplace. MOSQUITO NETS, on every window in the house. DOCUMENTATION OF the AREA, we have a file where you can check the nearest and advisable tourist attractions in the area, as well as a list of the most interesting active tourism activities with the phone numbers of the place and the distance where they are carried out. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The rooms have sheets, one hand towel and one bath towel (per person), two pillows and two blankets (per person). In the bathrooms we leave toilet paper, shower floor mat, hand towels, hand soap in diffuser, amenities (toothbrush, comb, gel/shampoo) and hair dryer. In the kitchen we put; paper towels, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, hand washing liquid dishwasher, kitchen towels, detergent and softener for washing machine, garbage bags, sponge (brand new) , cloth (brand new) and tablecloth. Ironing board In the house we do not leave any food (neither salt, nor oil...), for reasons of cleanliness and hygiene. Guest access The house is a full and totally independent rental. The guest will be able to make use of all the facilities of our house. Other things to note CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME: - On the day of entry to the house,the keys will be delivered at the time the customer requests, always respecting the departure of previous customers if it is occupied. - The maximum departure time courtesy of the house is 17 hours on the agreed day. In case of entry of other customers that same day, the departure will be made at 12 noon, as established by the regulations in force in Castilla y León(Order 27 of October 1995 of Development of Decree 84/1995 of May 11 of Organization of Rural Tourism Accommodations).
