The Beach House sleeps 6 guests across three bedrooms and features a beautiful open plan kitchen- dining area that opens out onto a private The space The living room at The Beach House is bright and spacious. The space boasts a sofa, two armchairs and a large coffee table. The room also has a corner dedicated to a flat-screen TV, so you can enjoy and keep up with your favourite shows whilst away on the North Yorkshire coast. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is an airy space where light can flood in through the skylight windows. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering getaways, whilst a dining area has ample space for all guests to comfortably enjoy a meal. The fully enclosed back yard is a great spot to relax and soak up the sun in the warmer months. It has outdoor seating and is a great place to chill with a glass of fizz. The Beach House offers two bathrooms. The one downstairs has everything you need for a relaxing shower, as well as a wash basin and a WC. Head upstairs and you’ll find three bedrooms. The first bedroom is a spacious king room with a large bay window where you can enjoy a morning cuppa in the armchair perfectly positioned in the window. The second bedroom is a cosy double room that also boasts a generous wardrobe which is great for storage. The third bedroom at The Beach House is very much a child-friendly room with a bunk bed. The family bathroom is a delightful space with a coastal theme. It is fitted with a bathtub, a wash basin, and a WC. Guest access Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. Free on street parking is available directly outside the property, these spaces are on a first come first served basis.
