Large main living area with fireplace. Union County, GA STR License #016212 The space In this lakefront property we have used high quality linens on the beds and luxurious towels. Non allergenic pillows and comforters. Master bath has a large tiled shower with pebble floor. 2nd bath has a shower tub combination. There is a flat top grill on the deck, patio dining table for six and two loungers. There is a fire pit in the back yard with six Adirondack chairs. Dock chairs provided and you may tie up your boat or jetski to the dock. There is a marina close by that rents boats and jet skis. There is a deck connected to the dock with ten steps down into the water. This is a TVA lake and the water levels drop slowly over the summer season. Guest access Guests will have full access to main level with full lakefront view from the kitchen, great room and master bedroom and full deck. Guests will not have access to the garage but there is ample parking in the driveway. No access to the unfinished basement or upstairs bonus room over the garage. Other things to note Life jackets and water toys are not provided. Anything left on the dock during the day or overnight needs to be secured as winds can blow things off the dock and into the water. Liability Waiver: You understand that swimming, boating, kayaking and the use of the dock is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, boating, kayaking and the use of the dock. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury and property damage arising from the use of these facilities and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that these activities may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, boating, kayaking or using the dock if a person has health risks, or if a person does these activities while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, boating, kayaks or the use of the dock.
