I designed and built this Tiny House a few years ago! As such, it's still an ongoing work in progress and so not quite as picturesque as the finished homes you may see on TV, but it's still fully functional, cozy, and homey. To sleep, you'll have the choice of a queen size loft bed (must climb narrow stairs to access) or a queen size (comfortable!) sofa bed on the ground floor. Located in Woodland Park, CO you have an AMAZING view of Pike's Peak and close proximity to so many adventures 🤗 The space This space is best to adventure during the day and rest your head for the night and experience a Tiny House. There is outdoor furniture and a propane firepit that you can use as well as a gas stove inside. *It is a Tiny House on Wheels, which is 8.5ft wide x 30ft long. Guest access Make yourself at home, use whatever you like, come and go as you please. And keep in mind, it is a small space! The house is very easy to get to and a paved road the entire way. Other things to note Smoking Please NO smoking inside the Tiny House. This includes marijuana, cigarettes, vape pens, etc. Not only for health reasons for yourself due to being in a small space and balancing too much carbon vs oxygen levels in the house, but also the lingering smell. A fee will apply if the house smells of smoke or evidence of smoking is found :( *If you are a smoker, please think of choosing another place. If you are coming to Colorado to smoke weed, please consider smoking away from the house and please not inside. * Drugs Don't do drugs cause drugs are bad, mmmkay? But seriously, please no illegal drugs. Pets If you have a doggo, welcome! Please do not let them on the furniture, especially if they shed. I am also a dog owner and I want to keep providing a space for dog owners and explorers to enjoy Colorado and the outdoors. I've unfortunately I've had several past dog owners leave quite a mess (dog hair) behind. So please please, I love it you'd have your doggo off the couch and the bed in the loft. Cats also welcome! (Yes, I've actually had a few stay!) *A charge will apply to stays that leaves animal hair on the couch or bed :( Check Out You absolutely do not have to do any upkeep for your check out, simply leave the AC unit on 75°F AUTO, make the most of your time, and enjoy your stay! (if you want to be a sweet human, tidying up is always welcome and makes my housekeeper's day brighter. She's awesome and has some great kiddos) Thank you ❤
