Sea Echoes is moments from beautiful Camber beach

Sea Echoes is a spacious 3 bedroom holiday home, perfectly positioned for Camber Beach, seconds from the back gate of the large, private and beautiful garden. A double bedroom, a double/twin room, both with ensuites, and a bunk room with a pull-out mattress or travel cot, should provide plenty of space for 6 or more. Very near the ancient towns of Rye and Winchelsea. Hastings, Ashford and Battle are a 30 minutes drive away. Close to country pubs, historic houses, gardens and castles. Dining & Lounging Kick off your sandy shoes and leave your beach gear by the deck, then get snug on the living room sofas. With a flat-screen Smart 4K UHD TV, you can spend relaxing evenings watching favourite films on TV/DVD or use your streaming services over the high-speed internet. An open and airy kitchen beckons you to prepare local catches and harvests right at home. You’ll have a full suite of appliances plus cookware and serving dishes at your disposal. Share feasts at the large, extendable, dining table. Light the wood-burning stove to provide warmth to both the kitchen and living room. Bed & Bath The master bedroom has a king-size bed, french windows onto the deck, and an en-suite with a large shower and a bath. The second bedroom’s en-suite has a large shower. This room's beds can be arranged as twins or as one super-king. The bunk room has a beautiful view of the garden, with an additional pull-out mattress. A travel cot is available. There is a family bathroom which also has a shower. Outdoors Spacious and secluded, your private garden includes a large dining deck where a wooden table seats eight. Grill dinner on the BBQ and enjoy meals al fresco while a salty breeze drifts in. Listen to the echoes of the sea: crashing onto the shore, or murmuring in the distance. Head down to the sunken patio, and enjoy a drink and a chat around the fire pit. The beautiful garden has a gate leading onto a private road leading to the beach in 120 seconds: take the left to Broomhill Sands, or right to Camber Sands. There are two to three private spaces for parking in front of the property. A fourth space is available in a neighbouring shared car park, and there is plenty of free, on-street parking nearby. The back gate leads onto a private road, from which you can reach Camber beach or Broomhill Sands in 90 seconds. We live a short drive away from the property, so please contact us by phone if you need assistance. Sea Echoes has a back gate that leads onto a private road, the Suttons, which has direct access to the beach. It takes under two minutes to walk to Camber Sands beach or Broomhill Sands. You can therefore take fewer, more frequent beach trips, without having to carry all your belongings! It takes about 5 to 10 minutes to walk to the nearest shops. There are several good restaurants in Camber, especially the Owl and the Galivant. It is a ten-minute drive to Rye, which is a beautiful historic town with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and things to see and do. There is a regular bus service to Rye and Lydd. From Rye, there is a train service to Ashford or to Hastings. One well-behaved dog is permitted - please ensure you let us know. Please ensure that you don't leave your dog unattended in the house or garden, and please ensure that you clean up. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture or beds. Herring Gulls nest on the roof of the house and on neighbouring houses during May and June. They are a protected species and should not be disturbed. The parents might get alarmed if their chicks are near you, but they soon get to know you and will become friendly and fun to watch. There is a Smart TV present. You can use your own Netflix, Apple TV, Prime, (etc) account, or watch the plenty of Freeview channels available/YouTube, etc. There is also a DVD player. We have free WiFi throughout the property and garden. There is a folding computer table, which you can use to do some "working from home" while holidaying with your family.
