Resting atop the highest point of the estate, The Farmhouse provides picturesque views of the scenes surrounding the winery. Meticulously restored to its original charm, the home has three inviting bedrooms to offer. Each with a queen size bed and two shared washrooms. Pop in to our retail space for a wine tasting with our friendly and knowledgeable wine experts. Enjoy dinner on the patio at our in-house restaurant, The Back Kitchen, perfectly paired with our award winning wines. We also offer local craft beer, ciders, seltzers, and a variety of non-alc options. In the evening, wander the vineyards with a glass of wine, fire up the BBQ if you prefer to make your own food, and cozy up at our fire pit overlooking Front Road and the Long Point marsh. Guest access Upon booking, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the lockbox, where to park and more information regarding your stay. Other things to note Accommodation Policies: LITTERING POLICY Garbage cans and recycling bins are provided around Burning Kiln Winery. If guests cause excessive littering on the grounds by not throwing out their trash, a fine of $100 will be incurred. If you need your bins emptied please let the winery know at the retail shop. SMOKING POLICY There is absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed in our accommodations. Guests are asked to smoke only out front of the accommodations or in the Main Parking Lot area. Accommodations that have been smoked or vaped in, or smell of smoke will incur a minimum fine of $500. This fee may also apply to anyone seen smoking in a non-smoking area. DAMAGE POLICY Should housekeeping find any damaged rooms, and/or broken or missing items, Burning Kiln Winery reserves the right to charge up to $1000 in damage or clean-up fees. EXCESSIVE CLEANING POLICY Should housekeeping find any excessive cleaning (ie. vomit, or other bodily fluids) at the accommodations, public bathrooms/showers or rental spaces, Burning Kiln Winery reserves the right to charge a $500 cleaning fee. LATE CHECKOUT POLICY Check-out is at 11:00 am on the day of your departure. If guests stay in their accommodations later than 11:00 am, a late checkout fee starting at $50 per hour based on availability will be added to your final invoice. PET POLICY There are no pets permitted at The Farmhouse. CONCERTS / WEDDINGS / CELEBRATIONS The Farmhouse Inn at Burning Kiln Winery is a unique and vibrant venue that occasionally hosts events such as weddings, concerts, and other celebrations. We strive to create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. As such, we want to inform you that during your stay, there may be events taking place on the property. While we make every effort to minimize any impact on our guests, it's important to note that some events may generate noise. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in this regard.
