The 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath town house beachside villa is across the street from free beach access, and walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and Jax Beach nightlife. Tennis courts and a playground 2 blocks away, and Mayo Clinic is 5 minutes away. Our kitchen is fully stocked. Each bedroom sleeps 1-2, with additional sleeping options. The space Our town home is equipped with local Bold Bean coffee, burr grinder and coffee pot to enjoy the flavor of Jax Beach from your balcony overlooking the ocean. We have beach chairs, a bike, a boogie board and a surfboard for you to enjoy at the beach. We have one covered parking space and one additional space in the driveway. Great WiFi so you can stay connected, board games, and a brand new smart TV for when you need some downtime. We are dog and cat friendly with a $50 no-refundable fee. Other things to note There are multiple staircases, as the main living space is on the second floor, and bedrooms are on the third floor.
