I live nearby in Quincy. This is a great family neighborhood, 1/2 block away from a playground and park. Quincy is a driving town; although you can walk to a few local spots from Quincy Quarters. A car will get you around and we have Lyft. Two bedrooms are located upstairs, we have a Queen Airbed in the closet downstairs; and the chair in the upstairs bedroom unfolds into a twin futon.
