This is a 1 BR in 3 BR And 2 full bathrooms. This room is furnished in a luxury 24 hour doorman building, 1200 sqft, close to Grand Central. Easily accessible to 4/5/6 train and metro north!! Each room has 2 windows, closets, AC/heat. There's a full kitchen and laundry in apt as well. The current 2 roommates are male and female, easy going, friendly, and clean. The space The bedroom they will stay in and Common areas including living room, kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. Guest access The bedroom they will stay in and Common areas including living room, kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. During your stay I will be available to help with any recommendations about the city at anytime. Both roommates are very nice and helpful. We are hardly ever home and always out and about trying new place.
